About Ephemera Dreams

Ephemera Dreams brings together poster art with a sense of place, an eye for illustration and a story to explore. The collection ranges from historical advertising designs to contemporary original travel artwork by McClelland Media. Browse by artist, subject or destination to find an image that belongs in your space.

Historical designs, newly printed

The historical poster collections offer modern reproductions of earlier artwork. A design’s historical date describes the image and its original context; it does not make a newly printed reproduction an antique or an original period lithograph.

Explore Alphonse Mucha posters for Art Nouveau figures, lettering and decorative compositions. Browse French poster reproductions for a wider view of illustrated advertising, or compare the distinct palettes and characters in the Absinthe collection. Each product page is the place to check the particular artwork and current print options.

Original travel artwork by McClelland Media

The Original Travel Posters collection features contemporary designs by McClelland Media. California landscapes, city views and Hawaii coastlines appear through dramatic light, rich color and destination lettering. These works sit alongside the historical reproductions as a distinct part of the Ephemera Dreams collection.

Start with the California travel posters to explore destinations including Joshua Tree, Riverside, Ojai and San Diego, or browse the complete travel collection to compare other scenes. Choose a place with a personal connection, or let the image’s color and composition lead the decision.

Find the right image for your wall

A poster can be the starting point for a room or one piece in a collection built over time. Compare the full artwork images, then check the dimensions, materials and options listed for the product you choose. Room mockups offer display inspiration; the individual listing explains the product being sold.

Whether you are drawn to a theatrical figure, an illustrated advertisement or a sunlit landscape, Ephemera Dreams offers a place to explore those interests through poster art.
